Field to Fork Italian Harvest Supper

Gather on MALT-protected Moore Ranch for an afternoon of hands-on Italian burrata cheese-making with master cheesemaker Louella Hill of the SF Milk Maid. After creating our burrata we'll pour a glass of vino and sit down to a harvest supper cooked onsite by Italian chefs Andrea Giuliani (Piazza d'Angelo, Mill Valley) and Donato Scotti (Desco, Oakland; Donato Enoteca, Redwood City; La Strada, Palo Alto).
